Can you work outside business hours?
Yes — when the client's process can't stop. We schedule night or weekend interventions to minimize operational impact.
Do you provide technical reports after each inspection?
Yes. Every intervention includes a detailed report with recommendations and an action plan.
How often should preventive maintenance be performed on an electrical switchboard?
We recommend annual inspections in standard industrial environments. In aggressive environments (dust, humidity, temperature) or for critical switchboards, frequency rises to semi-annual or quarterly. We define the plan based on actual usage.
Can you work on a switchboard you didn't manufacture?
Yes. Maintenance, retrofit, expansion, and modernization apply to any low-voltage switchboard. An initial assessment defines the state and available documentation before the intervention.
What geographic coverage do you offer for maintenance?
We cover all of mainland Portugal. Response times vary by contract — from 24-hour intervention for clients with priority contracts to planned one-off interventions.
