How we build it

  1. Inquiry and requirements analysis

    We receive the client's specification or single-line diagram and define the board's construction — gear, space, and specific requirements.

  2. Sizing

    We size the equipment (protections, contactors, busbars) and validate the configuration with the client before moving to manufacturing. We think about the project as a whole: the board is sized to be easy to install and easy to use — from cable access to a clear layout of the gear.

  3. Proposal and negotiation

    We present the technical and commercial proposal — scope, gear, lead time and price — and fine-tune the details with you before manufacturing starts.

  4. Mechanical fabrication and wiring

    Structure assembly, installation of protection and control components, sized and labelled wiring. Work executed per IEC 61439 by qualified technical staff.

  5. Testing and verification

    Each switchboard undergoes continuity, insulation, and functional testing. Visual and dimensional checks. We issue a test report and certificate of conformity.

  6. Delivery

    Transport to the client's site. Test report, technical documentation and CE marking.
